Yohannes & Kidist Getaneh

Yohannes Getaneh has been a missionary to the deaf since 1990 in Zambia, Africa, and his wife Kidist has been serving with him since 2001. During their ministry, over 23 churches and 3 Bible Institutes for the deaf have been established. Over 45 deaf pastors have been trained and over 2000 deaf souls have been won for the Lord. They have also started a community school for the deaf and minister to the parents of the deaf teaching them how to read and write so they can read their Bibles. The Deaf of Zambia are now reaching out to the Deaf in other African Nations.
